Training language: Available in Arabic or EnglishThe course aims to prepare employees to deal with the risks of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) and how to protect themselves in an environment containing this gas.
Course content includes:
- General characteristics of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S)
- Flammability
- Sensitivity level
- Corrosion
- Toxicity
- Gas level monitoring
- Gas exposure limits
- Rescue operation
- Symptoms of infection
- Respiratory protection
The trainee is subjected to a 30-minute (half-hour) content assessment test, containing 10 questions. At least 6 (60%) of the correct answers must be completed in order to pass. A trainee with 8 (80%) or more of the correct answers will receive Distinction Updated on 08 April, 2022
